1. What is the cancellation policy?
Classes may be cancelled/changed up to 48 hours in advance with no penalty. Cancellations/changes made after this time will be subject to cancellation penalty equal to the full amount of the class plus tax. Refunds will not be provided for no shows.
2. How long are the classes?
Approximately 3 hours.
3. What should I wear to class?
Please wear closed toe shoes and comfortable clothing. Aprons will be provided.
4. Do I need to bring anything with me to class?
Nothing needed but your appetite for learning and gourmet food.
5. Will I get to taste what is prepared?
Absolutely! The class cost includes a meal with a tasting of everything prepared. You’ll also get to take home the recipes for the meal you prepare in class.
6. Do you offer private classes?

7. Will there be alcohol served?
Yes, after knife skills have been completed, guests may enjoy a complimentary glass of house wine.
8. Is there an age limit on classes?
All over the age of 12 are invited to participate. Participants under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
9. Are gift cards available?
